In November 2014 TriStaff brought on a new Division Director of Banking, Mike Wilson. Mike is originally from San Diego where he attended Southwestern College and San Diego State University, he was hired for his expertise in banking – to promote and expand the new Banking Division at TriStaff.

Prior to joining the TriStaff team, Mike spent ten years as the Vice President, Talent Acquisition Manager at Citizens Business Bank in Ontario, CA, where he was responsible for all recruitment efforts.

Here at TriStaff, Mike and his team focus on recruiting top-talent primarily in the Commercial Banking space. He works with an extensive list of banks throughout California, and nationally. Mike specializes in placing Relationship Managers, Business Development Officers, Portfolio Managers, Credit Analysts, and Underwriters.
